Returns Policy

X-Gamer Energy & Focus merchandise is the result of many years of measuring, refining and distilling our products to perfect the products we ship today. Only the finest quality ingredients, incredible formulations produced in highly accredited facilities, all presented in the finest of food grade packaging are acceptable for our patrons. We have even spent the time trialling and assessing and fine tuning our shipping, delivery and courier services.

In short, every action we take is completed with perfection in mind. We work hard daily to ensure our X-Gamer Family enjoys a superb energy and focus experience each and every time; We are therefore very proud that as a result, our return rate is just like our sugar levels… virtually zero! However, if for any reason you do wish to return an X-Gamer branded product, we are here for you and are always happy to assist.

Refunds & Replacements

Refunds or replacements will be assessed on a case by case basis. Depending circumstances including if the items are unwanted, faulty or damaged.

Damaged Or Faulty Goods

If your goods are faulty or damaged you have 7 calendar days from the date of delivery to do so and return it to us unopened at your own expense for a refund outlined in the process and terms below. After this time we do not accept returns (please note the original shipping costs are non-refundable as these have been passed onto the carrier).

• Refunds will be offered on a proportionate basis reflecting how much of the product has been used.
• Products will be weighed on return to X-Gamer to establish how much has been returned.
• If you take advantage of any multi-purchase offers or discounts, you will be refunded according to the discount that was applied to the offer.
• Please allow at least 7 working days for any refund or exchange to be processed.

Unwanted Goods

If you change your mind about your purchase you have 7 calendar days from the date of delivery to do so and return it to us unopened at your own expense for a refund outlined in the process and terms below. After this time we do not accept returns (please note the original shipping costs are non-refundable as these have been passed onto the carrier).

The Returns Process

• Notify X-Gamer of your issues and reasons for wishing to return your item via email : compliance@x-gamer.co.uk • Please notify us if you are seeking a refund or replacements products.
• Once initially authorised, robustly pack your return products and clearly label them to the return address below.
• Send the package via your own personal choice of courier using a recorded, special or proof of delivery service.
• Once received we aim to evaluate and process your return within 5 working days.
• Any unwanted items must be returned complete, in perfect condition including all the original contents and manufacturers packaging.
• Any used or faulty products must be shipped as securely as possible for our assessment.
• Refunds can only be processed via the original payment method, replacements will be shipped as per our standard shipping terms.

We will NOT accept returns if;

• The unwanted item has been opened or seal broken.
• The unwanted item has been visibly used or worn.
• The unwanted item is marked, dirty or damaged in any way.
• The unwanted item has been damaged in return-transit due to insufficient packaging.
• The used or faulty item has been deliberately damaged or tampered with.
• The item is over the 7 day returns period as per our return terms below.
• Returns outside 7 days may be accepted at the discretion of X-Gamer.

Please Note

• X-Gamer is an energy and focus formula containing caffeine. X-Gamer cannot be responsible for individual tolerances to such energy products. X-Gamer is thoroughly and successfully trialled and tested and therefore we cannot accept returns based on it’s level of effectiveness. We always recommend trialling energy products or our X-Shotz sachets before purchasing any of our 60 serving pro X-Tubz.

• As outlined above please return ALL items via a signed for or tracked delivery service. If goods are not sent back to us via a signed for or tracked service and/or in case the goods are lost or not received, X-Gamer cannot be held responsible for any loss sustained. All return shipping costs are at the expense of the consumer.
